Blue is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He attended Meharry Medical College School of Medicine and earned his Doctorate of Medicine with Honors in 2006. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School in 2010. During his academic tenure at Harvard Medical School he was selected Administrative Chief Resident of the Harvard Medical School Psychiatry Residency Training Program (2009-2010). He also received a number of academic awards during his residency training, such as the Harvard Medical School Psychiatry Residency Training Program 360° Professionalism Award (2008-2009), and the Harvard Medical School Psychiatry Residency Training Program Best Research Paper Award (2006-2007). After successfully graduating from his Psychiatry Residency Dr. Blue completed a Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine in 2011. He is also the former Associate Training Director of the Tulane University School of Medicine Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship, and the former Clinical Director of the Secure Forensic Facility at the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System Forensic Division Hospital. He is currently the Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of Visions for Better Health, LLC as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tulane University School of Medicine.

Dr. Brunette King Blue attended Meharry Medical College School of Medicine and earned her Doctorate of Medicine. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Brunette King Blue is licensed to practice medicine and has practiced medicine in six states, as an Anesthesiologist, Pain Management Specialist, Addiction Specialist, and Primary Care Specialist. The First Female President of the Louisiana Medical Association and served for two consecutive terms.
During her tenure she was successful in getting the National Medical Association adopt the AF & Edith Coffey King Memorial, PTL Clinic as one of their Projects netting a Grant of over one million dollars. This money was used to purchase the land and build what is now the Iberia Comprehensive Clinic.

David I. Blue, CRNA attended Louisiana State University Health Science Center School of Nursing where he obtained his Bachelors Of Science in Nursing Degree in 2001. After working as a Critical Care Nurse he then attended Our Lady of the Lake College where he obtained his Masters of Nurse Anesthesia Degree (CRNA) in 2009. David I. Blue, CRNA is licensed to practice in the states of Florida and Illinois.
